Hi, I’m Lexie. I am a qualified clinical Naturopath with a BhSc. Naturopathy. I’m also a proud member of the Naturopath and Herbalist Association of Australia (NHAA).

As a Naturopath, I consider your health from a holistic perspective. I understand that your physical, mental and spiritual health are intricately linked. Perhaps in ways that haven’t been explained to you yet. My number one focus is to figure out the underlying cause of your health issues and explain it to you in a way that you will understand. I’ve undergone significant training and personal research in order to help you take back control and balance your body, using the best of traditional and evidence based natural medicine.

How did I get here?

I kind of fell into Naturopathy. I mean, I had never even actually been to see a Naturopath, nor did I know anyone who had visited one. Out of curiosity I went along to the Endeavour College open day and signed up for a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy). Fast forward and I’m absolutely living my passion!

Naturopathy has taught me how to untangle the web of illness. Not only that, it has facilitated a journey of self-growth and discovery. Along the way I developed some gut issues, learned the hard way about the importance of managing anxiety and healed my own chronic acne.

When people ask me what I do, I tell them:

I help women struggling with chronic acne to achieve clear, glowing skin and reclaim their confidence.

But that’s not all I do. I love to treat skin conditions of all kinds, as well as the gut and hormonal issues that so often go hand in hand.
